Are the products guaranteed?
Mysalon2me offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your product you may return it to Mysalon2me for a full refund. This refund will be applied to your credit card upon receipt of the merchandise. Shipping charges will be refunded if the products were sent to you in error.
Why is the product assortment different than the products in my salon?
Mysalon2me is the on-line store for your salon and offers a select assortment that may at times differ than your salon’s physical store. While the on-line store may not have some products in your salon’s physical store, the breadth of our products offered on the on-line store is far greater than what is physically carried in the salon itself.
What is the policy on back-orders or discontinued items?
Occasionally certain products are manufacturer back-ordered or discontinued. We will inform you by e-mail or on the invoice with your package if any products will not be included in your order. If a product you ordered is temporarily unavailable, that product is automatically put on back-order for shipment at a later date. Remaining products on the order will be shipped on schedule. There is no extra charge for additional shipments due to back-ordered products. If a product is no longer available, that product is automatically cancelled. Remaining products on the order will be shipped on schedule. We will credit your charge card for any discontinued items.
How does Mysalon2me handle returns?
If the product was shipped in error or was defective, please contact mysalon2me within 7 days of receipt of your order so we can correct the mistake.
For all other returns, you may return products purchased from us within thirty (14) days of the order date. To return a product simply repack it, indicate a reason for the return, and include a copy of the return form. You charge card will be credited within 14 days of receipt of the returned products. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to mysalon2me, or you may simply drop the return product back to your salon with the accompanying return form.

What if I did not get my order?
You should receive your order within 2-5 business days. If you have not received your order within this time period and you have not received an e-mail from Mysalon2me stating that your package will be delayed due to a back-order, please use the contact us form to describe the problem with your order. We will research the reason for the delay and provide you with a prompt response.
